2. What do I stand for?
I believe that to be perceived as professional or powerful, one must work harder and focus more on achieving their goals than others. My life and career goal is to bring value to those I care about. When I realize that my expertise and interests can help more people, it excites me and gives me the drive to move forward.

I am inspired by various things, such as a good stage play, a great movie, beautiful art, or stunning landscapes. They remind me that life still holds infinite possibilities, and continuous effort is required to achieve goals.
7. What am I passionate about?
In addition to spatial design, I am deeply interested in performing arts that inspire the public. 10. How can I add value to a company?
Firstly, my experience as the head of the fundraising committee for organizing exhibitions has equipped me with excellent coordination skills when facing different tasks within a group. In addition to design, I believe that to bring holistic value to a company, one must communicate with people in different positions and roles, understand what each needs to solve, and identify common goals. My expertise in various areas allows me to integrate different opinions, adding value beyond the job itself.
Secondly, my experience as a designer in an urban planning company enables me to support various aspects of design, including graphics, spatial, and architectural aspects. I can quickly grasp various design scales, from small to large planning designs.
11. How can I add value to the world around me?
I believe the answer to this question can be both grand and small. It ranges from showing kindness to a person every day to genuinely having the ability to help a specific part of the world. Every creation we make may have the power to inspire or save someone. So, I hope to maintain my mindset, use my creativity to create more valuable things—whether it's a painting, a space, a city base, or a new lifestyle—to help more people in need.

Strengths & Weaknesses:
In terms of my self-evaluation and feedback from others, I believe my strength lies in being able to bring positive value to others. When interacting with people, what I bring to them is often the standard by which I evaluate a relationship. Creativity plays a significant role, aiding me in helping others, creating opportunities, or bringing new value to a company. Creativity gives me the ability to continuously generate new ideas and helps me learn new things through observation.
From the feedback of others, I've come to understand that I am a very honest and sincere person. This realization surprises and comforts me because it's not usually an aspect I consciously consider when evaluating myself. It makes me think that sincerity is a powerful virtue in the design process. In my design reports, I often make practical adjustments based on project constraints, and the design language I use is not exaggerated but rather appropriately and sincerely conveys the concepts and ideas to clients. Extracting design elements from aspects like site conditions, residents, ecology, climate, etc., I usually reinterpret them with design thinking and gently showcase them.
As for my weaknesses, I am not very adept at sharing my observations and insights with others. Perhaps it's inherent in my personality, and there might be a need for me to become more courageous in sharing opinions. In team interactions, solely creating a positive team atmosphere may not always be beneficial. I aspire to be more decisive, have a greater impact when helping others, and demonstrate stronger leadership skills.
